Enrollment Discount Codes

Building your team quickly can help set you up for success with your new LifeVantage business.¹ To help make it easier to start building, take advantage of an enrollment discount you can share when enrolling new team members.

Effective April 18, 2024, any new US Consultant who joins LifeVantage with an Enrollment Pack will receive 3 unique Customer discount codes AND 3 unique Consultant discount codes. The Customer discount codes may be shared and used with any new Customer enrollment and expire 7 days after the day of enrollment (enrollment day + 7 days). Customer discount codes will not discount Customer Sales Profit, but Commissionable Volume will be discounted accordingly.

Consultant discount codes may only be shared with new team members who enroll as Consultants, including existing Customers who would like to upgrade to Consultant, with any Enrollment Pack. Each code is good for a 10% discount. Please note Commissionable Volume will also be discounted by 10%.

How to Access Shareable Discount Codes

Three shareable codes are awarded to you within 24 hours after you enroll as a Consultant with these Enrollment Packs. Each of your discount codes are one-time use only and cannot be combined or used on multiple orders. 

  • Find your codes in the LifeVantage App. If you haven’t downloaded it, you can find it in the Apple or Google App Stores.
  • It is easiest to find and share your codes through the app. But you can also find available discount codes online by logging into your Virtual Office through the LifeVantage website.

How to Share Discount Codes

From the LifeVantage App

  • Select “Discount codes”
  • Select “Available”
  • Click the “Share Code” button on discount code. (If the code has been used, it will show it was redeemed and no button will appear. Expired codes will also be visible.)
  • Click “Share via In-App Messenger” to send a text message through the app. Or click “Share via Social” to send to someone through your preferred social media platform.

From LifeVantage.com

  • Log in to www.LifeVantage.com
  • Click  “Shareable Discount Codes” from the drop-down menu, below “My Business”  
  • Select “Available”
  • Click in the box on the code to copy. The box will say “copied!” when you have successfully copied the code.
  • Paste the code into any text message or email that you send directly to your enrolling team member.

From Your Virtual Office

  • Log in to your virtual office
  • Select the button that says “Shareable Discount codes”
  • Select “Available”
  • Click in the box on the code to copy. The box will say “copied!” when you have successfully copied the code.
  • Paste the code into any text message or email that you send directly to your enrolling team member.

How to Redeem Discount Codes During Enrollment

Help your enrolling Consultant select an Enrollment Pack. Then, make sure they enter the code as they complete their enrollment order in the “Have a Discount Code” box. It’s located near the beginning of the “Personal and Business Info” section.

  • Enter the code in the appropriate box
  • Click “Apply” and you will see the discount applied in “Promotional Discount”

You may also use discount codes with enrollment orders placed by phone.

Note: if you receive an error message when trying to apply the discount, try code again. If unsuccessful, please contact the Consultant who sent it to you to double check the status. For additional support, please contact Customer Service.

Returns or Cancellations

If someone enrolls with a discount code you gave them and then returns or cancels their order, you may be able to get a replacement. Please contact Consultant Services to request a new code.

Terms and Conditions

  • Discount Codes only available to Consultants in the United States.
  • Consultant must be active and in good standing to participate.
  • Discount Codes can only be used on Enrollment Packs by new Consultants enrolling in the US.
  • Discount Codes do not apply to Start Kit-only Enrollments.
  • Discount Codes can only be applied to the enrollment order.
  • Discount codes may only be used by the Consultant who made the qualifying purchase.  Codes may not be shared.
  • Enrollment orders cannot be placed or paid for by the personal enroller or upline.
  • Business Centers are not eligible to participate.
  • This promotion may be modified or cancelled at any time at the sole discretion of LifeVantage Corporation or its affiliates.
  • LifeVantage reserves the right to change the promotion at any time, interpret the rules of the promotion, and has final decision in the event of any disputes regarding the qualification requirements and inclusions.

¹ The Consultant sales earnings disclosed are potential gross earnings and not net of other business expenses and not necessarily representative of the actual income, if any, that a Distributor can or will earn through the LifeVantage Sales Compensation Plan.
